Zoho IoT for manufacturing

Connect your machines to your business

Workfigure uses Zoho IoT to bring machine and sensor data from the shop floor into your Zoho system — so production, maintenance and costing run on real numbers, not end-of-shift estimates.

Use cases

What manufacturers use Zoho IoT for.

  • Machine monitoring

Running, idle and breakdown status for every machine, with downtime reasons.

  • Production counting

Automatic counts per machine and shift, compared with plan.

  • Process parameters

Temperature, pressure, humidity and other parameters logged and alerted.

  • Energy tracking

Power consumption by machine or line, for costing and savings.

  • Predictive maintenance

Run-hour and condition-based maintenance alerts before breakdowns.

  • Utilities & tanks

Levels, flow and usage for water, compressed air, fuel and chemicals.

How we deliver

From one machine to the whole plant.

  1. Plant assessment

Visit the plant, list machines and controllers, and agree what data matters.

  2. Connect a pilot

Connect a few machines or one line with the right gateways and sensors.

  3. Dashboards & alerts

Build live dashboards and alerts on Zoho IoT, and link data into ERP or Creator.

  4. Roll out

Extend to the rest of the plant once the pilot proves its value.

FAQ

Zoho IoT: common questions.

What is Zoho IoT?

Zoho IoT is Zoho's low-code platform for connecting machines, sensors and devices, collecting their data, and building dashboards, alerts and applications on top of it.

What can Zoho IoT do in a factory?

Monitor machine status and run time, count production, track temperature, pressure, energy or other parameters, raise alerts when values go out of range, and feed the data into production and maintenance records.

Do we need new machines?

Usually not. Many machines can be connected through their controllers or with add-on sensors and gateways. We assess your machines and recommend the simplest way to collect the data you need.

Can IoT data flow into Zoho ERP or Creator?

Yes. That is where it becomes useful — production counts into production entries, breakdowns into maintenance tickets, energy into costing.

How do you start an IoT project?

With a pilot on a few machines or one line, so you see the value before rolling out across the plant.
