Our method

How we roll out WorkERP.

  1. Study

We sit with each department — on-site in Tamil Nadu, online elsewhere — and document how work actually happens today.

  2. Design

A written solution design and fixed-scope proposal: what Zoho will do, what we will build, and what it will cost.

  3. Build & migrate

Configuration, customisation, integrations and data migration, reviewed with your team at every milestone.

  4. Train & go live

Role-based training, a planned cut-over date and hand-holding through the first weeks on the new system.

FAQ

WorkERP: common questions.

What is WorkERP?

WorkERP is Workfigure's manufacturing ERP, built on Zoho Creator. It covers stage-wise production, process and batch costing, job work and plant-specific workflows, and connects with Zoho Books, Zoho ERP and Zoho CRM.

Who is WorkERP for?

Manufacturers with multi-stage or process production — such as textiles, engineering, foundry, food processing and chemicals — whose workflows don't fit a standard ERP.

How is WorkERP different from Zoho ERP?

Zoho ERP is Zoho's standard ERP. WorkERP is built on Zoho Creator, so each module can be shaped around your plant's exact stages, costing and job work. Many clients use them together.

Can WorkERP be customised?

Yes. Because it is built on Zoho Creator, screens, workflows and reports can be adapted to your process, and new modules added as you grow.

Does WorkERP work with Zoho Books?

Yes. Sales, purchase and stock transactions flow into Zoho Books for accounting and GST.
